Who We Help
Focused niches, documented preparation.
Individuals & Families
W-2 returns, retirement and Social Security income, Marketplace insurance (1095-A), students, and families claiming the credits they qualify for. Simple returns start at $175.
Learn moreShort-Term Rental Hosts (Airbnb, VRBO)
Rental income, expenses, depreciation, and the rules on how many days guests stay and how involved you are in running the property. We help you document what you did so your return holds up.
Learn moreNotaries and Loan Signing Agents
Your notary fees and your signing-service fees are not always taxed the same way. We separate them correctly, track mileage and supplies, and report everything on Schedule C.
Learn moreHospitality and Tipped Workers
Servers, bartenders, and theme-park and hotel staff. New federal rules may let you deduct some tip income and overtime pay on your return, depending on your job, income, and records. We check what you may qualify for.
Learn moreSeniors & Retirees
Social Security taxation, RMDs, Medicare premiums, and the up-to-$6,000 senior deduction (2025–2028, income limits apply) — with the patience and plain language it deserves.
Learn moreGig Workers and Independent Contractors
Drivers, delivery workers, creators, and freelancers. We reconcile your 1099-K and 1099-NEC forms, track your mileage and expenses, calculate self-employment tax, and help you plan quarterly payments.
Learn moreServices

Rental Returns (Schedule E)
Rental and short-term rental reporting, depreciation, and participation documentation.
Quarterly Estimates
Estimated tax calculations so you avoid surprises and underpayment penalties.
Year-Round Documentation (optional)
Monthly organization and documentation support. Tax preparation included at the Pro tier and up. Lite from $99/month, Pro $150, Max $275.
Pricing
Clear starting prices, including our $175 senior basic return. Written quote before we begin work.
Final price depends on your forms and how organized your records are. The $175 simple return covers W-2 income plus the standard deduction (interest and dividends under $1,500 included); investment sales, self-employment, rental, or itemized returns are quoted by their forms — always in writing before we start.
Family tiers reflect the additional interview and documentation time that credit and filing-status verification requires (Form 8867 due diligence) — not the size of any credit or refund.
We never charge based on the size of your refund.

About Us

GTQ Tax & Advisory is an Orlando tax firm, a division of GTQ LLC. We speak English and Spanish.
We are not a CPA firm. We provide tax preparation and guidance only — no audit, attest, or legal services.
Security and Privacy
We use an encrypted client portal with two-step verification and follow a written information security plan. Please never email or text your Social Security number, ID, or bank details. Use our secure upload. Read our Privacy Notice for how we handle your information.
Common Questions
Do you work with people outside Orlando?
Yes for federal returns, and for Florida. For returns in other states, contact us first so we can confirm we can prepare them correctly.
What if I get an IRS notice?
Send it to us right away. Responding to notices is a separate service, and we will tell you what we can and cannot do for your situation.
Can you guarantee a refund or a deduction?
No. Your refund depends on your facts and the law. We prepare your return carefully and only claim what your records support.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. Hablamos español. Ask for a Spanish consultation and intake.
